Biography

Tim is a former truck driver and dispatcher who transitioned to management early in his career. A Self-taught serial entrepreneur with multiple successful startups, Hindes has a passion for creating cultures that put the wants and needs of the employee in the forefront. Tim speaks to organizations on the benefits of creating unorthodox cultures, how recognition improves engagement and how to effectively solicit employee feedback.

Home is Rolling Prairie, Indiana where he operates a small farm with his wife MaryKay of 30 years. As a hobby Tim not only enjoys farming but he is also an accomplished Auctioneer.
