Verify, Then Hire

Much of the time slower is faster. I'd be interested in people that help me solve problems and prevent them from happening saving both time and resources.

Thorough, respect process, are interested in their work.

I'd rather pay up front with time, effort and assets than to do go back correcting things adding to the various costs of achieving something necessary which could have been up front.

People who are appreciable. That is, can learn offering increased value. Make contributions to the team and are secure with other's ability to do so likewise. Recognizes their faults or how performance can be improved upon.

Also, I don't want people around who cause considerable human cost. Things that affect the welfare of each the individuals within an organization.

People who I can hand the ball off to and trust to fulfill responsibilities.
