Arrogance + Power + Humiliation = Eye for an eye retaliation
Since I posted my previous blog, A New Paradigm to Fix the World - Fixing a Failure to Consider, I've heard from many others. Their reponses further caused me to ponder how little America truly understands other countries and other leaders such as Kim Jong Un and Putin.
The more primitive, arrogant and prideful a person's personality (not to be confused with lack of intelligence), the more inclined they are to react in an: "eye for an eye" fashion especially when they feel humiliated.
In the iconic movie Cool Hand Luke, the prison Captain played by Strother Martin uttered on more than one occasion the iconic line, “What we’ve got here is failure to communicate.”
That situation appears every bit as present today as it was then. The reason it continues is what underlies a failure to communicate. And that is a failure to consider.
Moore's Law which was first espoused by Gordon Moore, co-founder of Intel, essentially and correctly predicited that technology speed and decreasing price would double every 18 months.
Futurist, Ray Kurzweil in his 1999 book, The Age of Spiritual Machines, spoke of the "The Law of Accelerating Returns" and further explored the exponential growth of technology. In recent years Kurzweil has predicted that Moore's Law will end as a paradigm in the early 2020's and be replaced by another paradigm.

So here's my shot at the future.
Louis Brandeis once said: "Sunlight is said to be the best disinfectant." Maybe it's high time to shed a little of it on our government.
Well looks like we're in for another "lame duck" couple of years especially if President Obama gets rapped on the hand or ripped apart for his immigration program.
Mi silo es su silo, mais su silo es no mi silo
Read my lips: In a siloed world, only the people in your silo that share your passion want to understand how and why your product or service works. For nearly everyone else, all they care about is the bottom line.
Jack Ma, Founder and CEO of Alibaba, has been speaking around the world espousing his philosophy of putting customers first, employees second, shareholders third.
